Ninjas must Grab onto two rings hanging from two metal bars with a 25 degree incline, and swing the rings through the bottom holes in the bars, and then back up into the next hole 5 feet away, where one ring can rest on a peg, so then Ninjas can do the other side. Ninjas will go to the left side, then right side under than over (the knitting motion) and so on. Once a Ninja is on the final pegs, they can choose to dismount with one or two rings. This will test a Ninjas upper body, and deplete their physical, and mental stamina, making it an ideal third or fourth obstacle.
